Information collected
The app stores account information, organizer contact information, run listings, stops, uploaded flyers, interest/going responses, moderation reports, and admin audit logs.

Public information
Published run details are public. Interested/Going counts are public, but individual names are not shown publicly.

Email
The app can send verification, password reset, organizer update, and important run notification emails. Users can manage email preferences from the Account page.

Uploads
Flyer images uploaded by organizers may be publicly visible on published run pages. Sponsor logos uploaded by admins may be publicly visible in sponsored sections.

Sponsors and ads
The app tracks basic sponsor campaign impressions and clicks, including page path, IP address, and user agent for reporting and abuse prevention. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled.

Security
The app uses password hashing, server-side sessions, CSRF protection, upload restrictions, audit logs, and admin moderation tools, but no website can be guaranteed completely secure.
