This starter Terms of Use page is included so the site has a public place for rules before launch. Have a local attorney review it before using the site publicly.

Organizer responsibility
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and operation of their own event listings, routes, stops, costs, sponsors, and contact information. By publishing a run, the organizer confirms the submitted information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Rider responsibility
Riders must verify event details before attending, follow traffic laws, ride safely, and use their own judgment about weather, roads, traffic, and event participation.

Sponsored placements
Sponsored sections are paid or admin-approved site-wide placements and are not endorsements unless explicitly stated. Sponsor campaigns may start and stop according to the configured sponsorship term.

Moderation
Site admins may hide, cancel, archive, or remove listings and disable accounts when needed to protect users, reduce spam, or address abuse reports.

No guarantee / site owner responsibility
The site provides listings and route-planning tools only. Event information is submitted by organizers. The site owner is not responsible for wrong, incomplete, outdated, changed, or misleading information submitted by organizers, and does not guarantee that an event will occur, that routes are safe, or that weather and map data are accurate.
